The company\u2019s objective is to provide customized mobility devices, and urinary management systems to persons with disabilities in Romania.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”3962″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” css=”” parallax_scroll=”no” woodmart_inline=”no”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1725273029748{padding-bottom: 30px !important;}” woodmart_inline=”no” text_larger=”no”]Motivation LLC imports wheelchairs that are assembled and adapted here to fit the individual needs of each wheelchair user. Motivation LLC is the only Romanian provider to apply the eight-step procedure of the World Health Organizations regarding the provision of manual wheelchairs. We provide the assessment and prescription of customized wheelchairs and we deliver them with independent living training. We also provide urinary management products, essential for the health and independence of wheelchair users.<\/p>\n

Since 2004, we sign annual contracts with the National and County Health Insurance Offices that enable us to provide mobility devices and urinary management equipment. We operate through 15 regional teams, all over Romania.<\/p>\n

Since 2007,\u00a0Motivation LLC<\/strong>\u00a0is authorized by the Romanian Automotive Register to adapt vehicles that can be driven by persons with mobility disabilities. Thereby we further contribute to a significant increase in wheelchair users\u2019 independence and quality of life.<\/p>\n

Since 2014, Motivation LLC<\/strong> is the only authorized distributor in the country for high-performance and lightweight Panthera seats.<\/p>\n

In 2016, Motivation LLC<\/strong> started to distribute stoma management products.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”3967″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” css=”” parallax_scroll=”no” woodmart_inline=”no”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1725273052761{padding-bottom: 30px !important;}” woodmart_inline=”no” text_larger=”no”]In 2021, driven by the constant concern to contribute to improving the quality of life of people with disabilities, we became the sole distributor in Romania for Hollister and Dansac, two stong global brands producing stoma, urinary incontinence and urinary retention management products.<\/p>\n

We implement, maintain and improve continually an Integrated Management System designed to measure for our domain and the size of our business, and its impact on the environment. The documents of the integrated Management System are in accordance with the requirements of SR EN ISO 9001:2015 (quality management system), SR EN ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management system) and SR ISO 45001:2018 (worker health and security management system) standards. This process was initiated in 2011 and is ongoing.[\/vc_column_text]\n\t\t

Strategy<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t[vc_column_text woodmart_inline=”no” text_larger=”no”]Motivation LLC<\/strong>\u00a0created 97 jobs in the country, some of them in less resourced areas, such as Mehedin\u021bi, Gala\u021bi, Neam\u021b. We employed 12 persons with disabilities in our 15 regional teams. This model has a high value in setting an example for other persons with disabilities to build their independence, as well as in the positive impact of our employees\u00a2 specific disability expertise on the business. When assessments and prescriptions are performed by people who are wheelchair users themselves, the products will better answer our clients` needs.<\/p>\n

Our business model has encouraged some of our employees, persons with disabilities, to establish social economy structures in their home counties. Thus, in Brasov, Neam\u021b, Sibiu, Ilfov and Prahova there are now wheelchair fitting and service workshops, as well as adapted transportation services for persons with disabilities.<\/p>\n

Motivation LLC<\/strong>\u00a0has provided, on request, wheelchairs to beneficiaries from Bulgaria, the Republic of Moldova and Serbia. We have initiated discussions with individuals and associations in Bulgaria and the Republic of Moldova, with the aim to implement in these countries a business model similar to that of Motivation LLC. We are still searching for partners that are able to replicate\/adapt the model in these countries. An expansion of our activity can only be performed in countries from Eastern Europe and ex-Soviet countries, due to the fact that any country from Western Europe already has a stable market, able to respond appropriately to customers` needs.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”3970″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css=”” parallax_scroll=”no” woodmart_inline=”no”][vc_column_text woodmart_inline=”no” text_larger=”no”]We have managed to develop our offer, so that we are currently able to provide a wide range of products which cover all age groups and all types of mobility disabilities.<\/p>\n

After having tested several manufacturing and distribution models, Motivation LLC has implemented the current model, that of the assembly of imported products. This means wheelchair distribution that has a higher value-for-money level than what the Romanian market currently offers.<\/p>\n

We are also unique in Romania due to the fact that our service provision model follows the eight steps process recommended by the World Health Organization (first meeting, assessment, prescription, financing, preparing the equipment, fitting, wheelchair user training and subsequent servicing). We are convinced that this model offers each individual the product that he\/she needs.<\/p>\n

Over the years we have developed long-term relationships with our external partners, such as Shaw Trust UK, the World Health Organization, Mosaic USA.<\/p>\n

Our strategy also includes customer feedback, by means of our own call center, which enables us to continually adapt to all needs.<\/p>\n

Our company has signed agreements with the Health Insurance Offices that finance the purchase of wheelchairs by persons with disabilities, within the parameters of a defined price range and with a certain frequency.<\/p>\n
